Is it wrong to start this off by saying that I hate introductions? I figure we might as well start with the truth. I’ll try to keep this short — I’m just a girl who picked up a camera at 13 and never put it down. Over the last 15 years I’ve become all too familiar with what it’s like to only have a photo left of someone and it’s driven my passion for this job even deeper.

My work is driven by emotion and genuine connection. I edit with a cinematic feel and shoot with a documentary approach. I give some direction in posing but for the most part, we’re all just hanging out and I’m that friend that’s constatnly taking pics. My goal from our time together is to capture the moments between you and your loved ones, posing is the very last thing I’m worried about. I am not the photographer that will deliver a gallery full of 50+ images of you smiling at the camera.

I feel like this is a pretty basic statement that applies to about 90% of the population but I’m gonna say it anyways: I love to travel. Get me on an airplane or in a car filled with junk food for a 17 hour drive (tell me you’re from the midwest without actually telling me you’re from the midwest) and I’m good to go. So, if you like what you see and you’re not in Minnesota, that’s cool, I’m 10000% down to come to you.
